Refund Policy

We do not make this complicated.

First order, any product: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Full refund. No return shipping required. We would rather you try us risk-free than hesitate at checkout.

Repeat orders: Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You cover return shipping. Opened products on repeat orders are not eligible for refund (we cannot resell them, and we will not pretend otherwise).

Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. No fees. No "are you sure?" screens. No retention offers. If you want to leave, we make it easy. Your next scheduled shipment will not process after cancellation.

Damaged or wrong items: Contact us with a photo. We will ship a replacement immediately, no return needed.

Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.

How to request a refund: Email hello@thehalflife.co with your order number. That is it.
